What I Do.
I can do everything a BT home tech expert can do and much more. I can diagnose connection issues: cables, routers, NTEs BT80s. Any parts that you need I can order in generally for next day delivery. If you are waiting a long time for an ISP engineer I am available most weekends and a limited time during the week, so I may be quicker at responding than your ISP engineers.
I also offer wireless security camera setups, where you can view/control your camera from PCs/laptops, smart phones and smart TVs. Starting from around £50 per 1080p+ camera.
If your computer is running slow or broken I can offer advice, diagnose and in most instances fix, sometimes with replacement parts.
There isn't much that I cannot do so contact me if you are unsure, via email or mobile. I do other work as well so I may not always be able to answer calls but I will get back to you if you leave your name and number.

I have serviced areas from Inverurie to Dunbeath and everything in between as a Qube engineer sub contracted by all the major UK ISPs, I'm very familiar with their systems. I was also consistently one of the top Qube engineers in Scotland based on Key Performance Indicators every month for a year.
Telecoms Work
Part replacement: I carry a stock of NTE mk4s, ethernet cables, TP-link routers, powerline adapters, indoor wireless security cameras.
I also can test your interenet speed and wifi signal about your property and install wifi boosters other than your standard ISP ones as I'm not tied to any ISP - sometimes cheaper and better alternatives can be found.
IT Work
Diagnose PC issues, hardware:part testing, part replacement any compenents (CPU, case fans, memory, mobo, PSU, HDD (IDE SATA SSD M2)or peripherals.
I can build custom PCs to any specification or style or suggest PCs based on your requirements and financial availability
